Black Sea Froze Off

Black Sea froze off on the coast of Odessa. Piers are covered with ice, ice hummocks extend for hundreds of meters.
In recent years, winters in Odessa were relatively warm and this has become a norm. This winter in particular differs from the rest with sharp and prolonged colds, which leads to the freezing of the sea. Phenomenon is extremely rare: the last time sea near the coast of Odessa froze completely was back in 1977.
